A private residence in Lumlukka where a bold glazed facade, an automotive garage and warm timber details shape a distinctive home for everyday living.

KB Home Lumlukka brings the garage into the architectural experience of the house. Full-height glazing, dark structural frames and generous roof overhangs give the exterior a strong identity while drawing daylight deep into the automotive and circulation spaces.

Inside, timber floors and ceilings soften the black metal framework. The sequence moves from the garage lounge and upper bridge to calm living areas, a marble-lined bathroom and a bright stair hall, maintaining a consistent balance of display, privacy and domestic comfort.
